Cerberus' hound is a mythical monster in Greek legends. It is often depicted as a multi-headed canine guarding the gates of the underworld. According to some legends, Cancerbero possesses three heads, while in others it can have as many as nine heads. The term "cancerbero" is also used to refer to a vigilant and unyielding sentinel.
